Connect the 1/16 in. sample line to the
1 IN
filter on the Valco stream selector.

While holding the filter with a 7/16 in. wrench, use a 1/4 in. wrench to turn the
union fitting. Over-tighten by 1/2 turn to swage the union fitting and ferrule onto
the 1/16 in. sample line.

Loosen the union fitting and then tighten it again.

Repeat steps 1-5 for sample lines to
2 IN
filter,
3 IN
filter, etc. until the desired
number of sample lines are connected.

Place a union fitting and ferrule onto a 1/16 in. OD stainless steel sample line.

Connect the 1/16 in. OD stainless steel tubing to the
OUT TO GC
union.

While holding the OUT TO GC fitting with a 1/4 in. wrench, use a 1/4 in. wrench
to turn the union fitting. Over-tighten by 1/2 turn to swage the union fitting and
ferrule onto the 1/16 in. sample line.

Loosen the union fitting and then tighten it again.
