Remove the retaining screws:
ð For modules C/D, remove the retaining screw holding the JP-100 in place
with the 2.5 mm ball point hex driver.
ð For modules A/B, remove the retaining screw holding the JP-100 in place with
the 2.5 mm ball point hex wrench.

Slide the JP-100 up and out of the instrument.
