LL06 Encoder Pole Position Learn
Learns the motor pole position (encoder position) and encoder A/B channel phasing with
movement, for synchronous motors. Method requires relatively frictionless load (un-roped
sheave or balanced car).  Refer to LE06 Encoder 1 Pole Position.
