* Valid only at start (during deceleration, once leveling speed is reached it is not
possible to accelerate up to high speed again until after zero speed has been
selected).
** I8 is recommended because I5 and I6 are normally assigned as up and down.
However, if the up and down were redefined as I6 and I7, then I5 could be used
as the 5th speed.
