a.Disconnectthefancablefromthesystemboard.Youmayneedtodisengagethecablesfrom
cableretentionclipsorcableholder.Notetheroutingofthefancabletotheconnector;you
willhavetoroutethefancablethesamewaywhenyouinstallthefan.
b.Graspthetopofthefanwithyourindexfingerandthumbandliftthefanoutoftheserver.

anddisconnectthepowercordsandallexternalcables.
Attention:Staticelectricitythatisreleasedtointernalservercomponentswhentheserverispowered-on
mightcausetheservertohalt,whichmightresultinthelossofdata.Toavoidthispotentialproblem,
alwaysuseanelectrostatic-dischargewriststraporothergroundingsystemwhenyouworkinsidethe
serverwiththepoweron.
