Step2.Turnofftheserverandperipheraldevicesanddisconnectthepowercordsandallexternalcables,
ifnecessary.
Step3.Removethecover(see“Removingthecover”onpage35).
Step4.Grasptheairbaffle;then,liftitupoutoftheserverandsetitaside.

Step2.IfanadapterisinstalledinthePCIriser-cardassembly,disconnectanycablesthatareconnected
totheadapter.
Step3.GraspthefrontandrearofthePCIriser-cardassemblyandliftitoutofthePCIriser-cardslot
onthesystemboard.
