Ifyouhavereplacedaservercomponentorinstalledanoptionaldeviceintheserver,youneedtoreconnect
thepowercordsandallexternalcables,andturnontheserverandperipheraldevices.

newServeRAIDadapter.
Removingasimple-swapharddiskdrive
Usethisinformationtoremoveasimple-swapharddiskdrive.
Important:Beforeyouremoveasimple-swapharddiskdrivefromtheserver,takethefollowingprecautions
tosavedata,firmware,andconfigurationdata:
Beforeyoumakechangestodiskdrives,diskdrivecontrollers(includingcontrollersthatareintegrated
onthesystemboard),diskdrivebackplates,ordiskdrivecables,backupallimportantdatathatis
storedonharddisks.
