2.Followtheinstructionsthatcomewiththedrivetosetjumpersorswitches,ifthereareany.
Note:Youmightfinditeasiertoinstallthenewdrivefromthefrontandthenattachthecables.
3.Turnofftheserverandallperipheraldevices;then,disconnectthepowercordsandallexternalcables.
4.Removethecover(see“Removingthecover”onpage35).
5.RemovetheDVDdrivefillerifitisinstalled.Pullthereleasetab(therearofthedrive-retentionclip)
towardtherightsideoftheservertoreleasetheclip;then,whileyoupullthetab,pushtheDVDdrive
filleroutofthebay.SavetheDVDdrivefillerforfutureuse.
