5. Operation

The purpose of the following chapters is to specify the AlgoMed applications and to bring in-

detail step-by-step instructions for using the system.

This chapter specifies AlgoMed behavior at start up, and MEDOC Main Station basic

components.

5.1 Safety

Do NOT Connect the AlgoMed computer to a network while performing

tests with the system!

Before each patient wrap the AlgoMed tip with standard disposable

biocompatible finger cot (Figure 6)
