Open the maintenance cover.

• After the work is complete, quickly attach the removed cover. If you leave it removed for a long time,
ultra-violet rays may affect the ink.

Press the [ENTER] key.

• [COMPLETED: ENT] is displayed on the screen until the air purge jig is set up. Press the [ENTER]
key after the work up to Step 8 is complete.

Remove the cap of the target port.
• Port layout is shown in the following figure.
