Press the key.
• The cleaning solution filled in the cap is absorbed.
• The screen on the right is displayed only for the duration set in the
step 10.
• It returns to the step2 after the duration.
Fill from the sub-tank to the head with ink
Fill from the sub-tank to the head with ink.
If air gets into the head, nozzle clogging can occur in a random location.
If this happens, perform the following operation.

Select [HEAD FILLUP] of the maintenance menu.
(1) Press the key in LOCAL.
(2) Press to select [MAINTENANCE] and press the key.
(3) Press to select [HEAD FILLUP].
(4) Press the key.

Press to select the sub-tank to
fill.

Press the key.
• Start filling the head.
• When filling is complete, the screen on the right appears. Press
, and then select "END" or "RETRY". If "R" is selected,
the operation returns to Step 2.

Press the key several times to end the setting.
• When nozzle missing is not cleared even after this washing is carried out several times, contact the
distributor in your region or our service office.
