Troubleshooting
If negative pressure abnormality occurs
By the environment or aging, the pressure controlled in this machine may exceed the control range.
If an error related to pressure abnormality occurs, perform the procedures below:

Select [PRESSURE ADJUST] of the maintenance menu.
(1) Press the key.
(2) Press to select [MAINTENANCE] and press the key.
(3) Press to select [PRESSURE ADJUST].

Press to select POSITIVE or NEGATIVE.

Press the key.

Remove the cover under the left maintenance
cover.
• Remove the screw in the part indicated with circles in the
figure.

Rotate the adjustment screw of the throttle valve to release it so that air can flow.
• Loosen the fixing screws on the throttle valve, and turn the adjustment screw until it reaches the midpoint.
• If pressure abnormality occurs, immediately adjust the pressure with the following procedures and
return it to the normal value.
• Check the pressure about once per week.
Adjusting negative pressure / positive pressure
Negative pressure : Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase negative pressure.
Positive pressure : Turn the adjustment screw clockwise to increase positive pressure.
• When adjustment is complete, carefully tighten the fixing screws.
