Hold the handle at the front of the post cure unit
and open the post cure unit.
• When you open/ close the post cure unit, be sure to hold
the handle to prevent your hand from burn injury and
pinching.
• Open/ close the post cure unit slowly not to break the
mercury lamp.
• During opening/ closing the post cure unit, do not get your
hand off of the handle.

Remove the protection cover.
• Remove the screws (for four positions) attached with the
protection cover and then remove the protection cover.

Rotate the mercury lamp to replace 90 degrees
and remove it.

Set new mercury lamp and fix it by rotating it 90
degrees.

Attach the protection cover.

Return the post cure unit to the original position and tighten the knob at the right
and the left.

Turn the power ON.
• When you turn on the power supply, the machine displaying the
message on the right screen.

Refer to P.3-51 “Confirming Machine Information” and clear the usage history for
the replaced post cure lamp.
• If you grasp the mercury lamp strongly, it may
be damaged. Be careful about handling the
mercury lamp.
• There is a specific direction to mercury lamps.
Install mercury lamps with the printed side
facing the media.
