Item Description
CPU module
Reference
section
1) 2) 3) 4)
Error time output mode setting
This function sets whether the output to the Q series
compatible output module, hybrid I/O module or
intelligent function module will be cleared or held when
the CPU module results in a stop error.
Section 6.8
Hardware error time CPU operation
mode setting
This function sets whether the operation of the CPU
module will be stopped or continued when the hardware
error of the intelligent function module occurs.
Section 6.9
Switch setting of intelligent function
module
Use this function for various settings of the intelligent
function module. (Refer to the manual of the corre-
sponding intelligent function module for settings.)
Section
6.10
Monitoring function
This function monitors the status of programs and
devices on the CPU module by operating from the GX
Developer.
Section
6.11
Set monitor conditions
This function monitors using a fine timing of the CPU
module.
Section
6.11.1
Monitor/test local Devices
This function monitors and/or tests the local devices of
the designated program using the GX Developer.
Section
6.11.2
Turn ON/OFF external I/O
This function forcibly turns the external I/O of the CPU
module on or off from the GX Developer.
Section
6.11.3
Write during RUN
This function writes programs when the CPU module is
in the RUN status.
Section
6.12
Program list monitor
This function displays the processing time of a program
being executed.
Section
6.13.1
Interrupt program monitor
This function displays the number of times to execute an
interrupt program.
Section
6.13.2
Scan time measurement
This function measures the execution time of a program
between selected steps.
Section
6.13.3
Sampling trace function
This function samples specified device data from the
CPU module at a specified timing.
Section
6.14
Multiple-user debugging function
This function enables multiple users to debug programs
by using several GX Developers.
Section
6.15
Watchdog timer
This function monitors operational delays caused by
CPU module's hardware and program errors.
Section
6.16
Self-Diagnosis function
This function enables the CPU module to check for
failures.
Section
6.17
Failure history
This function stores a failure history of diagnosis results
in the memory.
Section
6.18
System protect
This function prevents the programs from being
modified from GX Developer, serial communication
module Ethernet module or like.
