(7) Program
When writing multiple programs to the CPU module, set the file names and execution
types (execution conditions) of the programs.
* 1: When using a Universal model QCPU, only local device can be set.
When using the file usability setting with a Universal model QCPU, check the versions of the CPU
module and GX Developer. ( Appendix 4.5)
* 2: Not settable when the Universal model QCPU is used.
