(2) Tracking processing time
The tracking processing time indicates the time required when using the tracking
function of the Redundant CPU.

(3) END processing time and the relevant instruction
(a) END processing and DUTY instruction execution
During the DUTY instruction execution, the CPU module turns ON/OFF the user
dynamic block (SM420 to 424, SM430 to 434

times for END processing, i.e., number of scan times specified in that instruction.
In this case, the END processing time changes with the number of times specified
in the DUTY instruction.Note2
(4) Instruction execution time
The instruction execution time is the sum of processing times of the instructions used
in the program to be executed by the CPU module.
