4. Mount the Manual XY stage onto the elevating shaft and face the Y-axis front by
visual check. Then fasten the hex socket set screw (2 pcs.).

If the specimen height is not sufficient, attach the extension shaft (length of 38 mm, or 76
mm) to the bottom of the Manual XY stage.
