5.5 Environment setting of testing machine
For HM-200A series, the following environment and maintenance can be set in the touch panel in
the "MAINTENANCE" screen.
If purchasing optional parts, and the environment setting is required, this screen enables required
settings.
1. Indenter shaft setting
It is required when adding an indenter shaft unit, or changing the indenter type between Vickers
and Knoop.
Important
Adjusting objective lens position is required, as well as changing environmental setting.
2. Settings of objective lens
・ Magnification has to be set when adding an objective lens or replacing it for breakage.
