5.7.3 Handling the MEASURING MICROSCOPE (ocular)
CAUTION
1. The measuring wires of the ocular are made of glass. If the measuring wires on both
sides intersect each other, they may be damaged resulting from contact. When
turning the measuring knob to "CLOSE", be careful not to interrupt the cross line.
2. While operating the knob on either side, monitor the inside of the ocular.

When it is difficult to watch the measuring wires of the eyepiece, rotate the angle of the eyepiece
to obtain the appropriate angle.
