How to place a specimen
1. Rotate the up/down handle forward to lower the elevating shaft.
2. Place a specimen in the center of the Manual XY stage.

* If the specimen height is not sufficient, mount the extension shaft on the elevating shaft.

How to place a specimen
1. Rotate the up/down handle forward to lower the elevating shaft.
2. Place a specimen in the standard vise and put it in the center of the Manual XY stage.
CAUTION
The surface of the specimen must be higher than the jaws of the standard vise.
