5.6 Test condition setup
5.6.1 Illumination adjustment
CAUTION
• The available value is 0 to 100.
Set the appropriate illumination to observe the indentation in a good contrast.
1. Press the
button in the "MEASUREMENT" screen.
2. The illumination level is displayed.
3. Press the button to adjust the illumination level while monitoring the specimen
surface.
4. Press the [OK] button to determine the illumination level.
Pressing returns to the "MEASUREMENT" screen. (Pressing this button maintains the
setting value before adjustment.)
