<Ex. To set cylindrical surface correction (CYLIND 凸 45)>
2. Press the [SELECT SURFACE] button.
⇒The cylindrical surface correction setting is displayed.
Displays the "SURFACE" screen.
3. Select the condition of specimen surface and press [OK].
(CYLIND 凸 45: Convex-cylinder surface with the diagonal line of indentation lies 45° to the
cylinder axis.)
4. The numeric key to input the cylinder diameter is displayed.
Enter the diameter of the specimen and press [ENT].
[CLR]: Zero-clears the specimen diameter.
[ESC]: Restores the previous setting and numeric key closes.
[ENT]: Sets the specimen diameter.
