6. The "MEASUREMENT" screen changes to the "IFM MODE" screen.
Refer to "4.2.3 Fracture toughness test" and "4.1.4.4 Indentation measurement at fracture
toughness test" for the test procedure.
Important
1. To set the fracture toughness test [ON], all the hardness test data has to be deleted.
2. Also, to set the fracture toughness test [OFF], all the fracture test data has to be
deleted.
3. Refer to "5.4.3 Data edit" for how to delete data.
