4. Click the [THICKNESS OF TEST PIECE] button.
・The numeric key is displayed.
[CLR]: Zero-clears the specimen thickness.
[ESC]: Restores the previous setting and numeric key closes.
[ENT]: Sets the specimen thickness.
・Enter the maximum thickness (μm) of the specimen and press the [ENT] button.
⇒ Returns to the "GUIDE FOR CONDITION SETTING" screen.
5. Enter the value for "EXPECTED HARDNESS".
[CLR]: Zero-clears the expected hardness.
[ESC]: Restores the previous setting and numeric key closes.
[ENT]: Sets the expected hardness.
・Enter the expected hardness value for the specimen and press the [ENT] button.
⇒ Returns to the "GUIDE FOR CONDITION SETTING" screen
