Sheave Brake Drop Fault, SHEAVE BRAKE DROP FLT
Description: Sheave brake disabled via Sheave Brake Enable output, Sheave Brake Monitor input high.
There is a five second delay before fault is generated.
Car Reaction: Emergency stop: Motor brake contactors immediately dropped. All calls cancelled. Doors cycle.
Troubleshooting:
1. Verify Sheave Brake Monitor input and Sheave Brake Enable output programmed (Configuration > I/O
Boards > Configuration tab).
2. Check voltage at Sheave Brake Monitor input and internal representation via View button on Configura-
tion > I/O Boards > Configuration tab.
3. Check voltage at Sheave Brake Enable output and internal representation via View button on Configura-
tion > I/O Boards > Configuration tab.
4. Check sheave brake mechanism and circuitry.
Sheave Brake Pick Fault, SHEAVE BRAKE PICK FLT
Description: Sheave brake enabled via Sheave Brake Enable output, but Sheave Brake Monitor input low.

Shuttle Service Activated, SHUTTLE SERVICE ON
Description: Indicates Shuttle service activated via key-switch/input, software command or timer.
Shuttle Service Deactivated, SHUTTLE SERVICE OFF (see Shuttle Service Activated)
Silent Mode Activated
Description: Indicates Silent mode activated via Activate button (Controller > View > Configuration > Car
Operation > Devices tab), timer (System > Configuration tabs > Timer Tables) or iMonitor.
Silent Mode Deactivated (see Silent Mode Activated).
Single Channel QUAD Fault, SNG CHANNEL QUAD FLT
Description: Indicates failure of one of two landing system quadrature signals (DP1 or DP2).
Car Reaction: Emergency stop: Motor contactor and brake contactor immediately dropped.
Troubleshooting:
1. Check DP1 and DP2 wiring from the landing system to the iBox.
Software Recall Switch Activated, SOFTWARE RECALL ON
Description: The software recall command has been activated via iMonitor.
Car Reaction: Car recalls to specified floor. Car calls, doors operate per software recall command parameters.
Troubleshooting: Check the status of the recall command and related parameters.
SOBO Did Not Boot Correctly (Custom Event)
Description: The Svendborg SOBO iQ brake controller has not powered up properly
Car Reaction: Car performs emergency stop.
Troubleshooting: Refer to the Svendborg SOBO iQ brake controller manual for troubleshooting information.
SOBO Out of Band Warning (Custom Event)
Description: The Svendborg SOBO iQ brake controller has detected an out of band condition.
Car Reaction: This is an informational event.
Troubleshooting: Refer to the Svendborg SOBO iQ brake controller manual for troubleshooting information.
SOBO Overspeed Level One Fault (Custom Event)
Description: The Svendborg SOBO iQ brake controller has detected a motor overspeed condition.
