A-E.3 Test setup
To carry out any measurements, the following parts are required:
• EMI Receiver PMM 9010
• 9010-BTA Bluetooth Adapter
• Personal Computer equipped with Bluetooth
• Eventual extensions, ancillaries, etc. (ex. PMM 9030, PMM L2-16B)
The 9010-BTA can be connected to the rear RS232 port of the receiver
directly or using the serial cable supplied together with the unit.
A-E.4 Installation
At the first time it is necessary to install the communication link properly.
For this purpose, the following list could be helpful.
1) Connect the 9010-BTA to the PMM 9010 Receiver
2) Switch on the PMM 9010
3) Make sure the Bluetooth device is working properly at the PC side
4) Search for the Bluetooth peripherals. A “9010 / 9030” should
appear. This is the 9010 Bluetooth adapter connected to the
receiver.
