Inertia ratio (102.0), Control gain set (113.0), Control level (114.0),
Control gain 1 (115.0), Control gain 2 (116.0)
Too high a value of this parameter will result in overshooting, and too low in undershooting. Set
a relatively moderate value.

Using this value will reduce position
errors during operation.
Setting this item to around 10,000 will make the position errors during operation almost zero.
Raise the value of this item only after reducing the position error, by using
(117.0) at settling.
Noise Solutions
Adjusting (81.0) may reduce the noise.
