Your order should include the following information:

• item description

Repair Service
When sending your SPX electronic product in for repair, please include the following information:
• company name
• contact name
• telephone number
• description of the problem
• proof-of-purchase for warranty repairs
• preferred method of payment for non-warranty repairs
You must provide secure shipment packaging and pay the shipping charge to send your tool to SPX Service repair. Payment for non-
warranty repairs can be made with VISA
