Completion of Production
4-6-1 Production End Function by Board Count Set
Not only when the stocker sends the signal but also when the scheduled count of boards has been
produced, the production will be finished.
This function can be used on a line; because the production end signal can be sent when the
downstream machines are made by us.
When using this function, enter “Production schedule” setting screen from “Production config
menu” screen, and then set the required data.
Production schedule
Allows you to set the production schedule
count data even at the stop screen.
Progress
Toggles “Remaining count” (to the specified
count) and “Production rate”
( x 100).
“Progress” is displayed only when this function
is used.
