6-2-3 How to Initialize Floppy Disk
When using new floppy disk, initialize it. The current data in the floppy disk will be deleted by
initializing.
1. Press Sub opn .
• The sub operation screen is displayed.
2. Insert the floppy disk to be initialized
into the floppy disk drive.
3. Press FD init .
• The message indicating data loading appears
and the floppy disk is read.
