CYMD Module Assembly Removal
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work.
To remove CYMD module assembly:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire and allow unit to completely cool.
Step 2. Remove front and rear cover assemblies (see “Front Cover Assembly Removal” on page 19
and “Rear Cover Assembly Removal” on page 20).
Step 3. At MCU, disconnect lamp fans harness at J6.
Step 4. At Driver Board, disconnect CYMD Harness.
CAUTION: In next step, be extremely careful when removing CYMD module assembly so you do
not color filters or dimmer wheel.
Step 5. As illustrated in Figure 2-7, loosen two captive fasteners and carefully pull assembly from
luminaire.

Step 6. Reinstall by performing steps in reverse order.
CAUTION:
Remove power and
allow fixture to cool.
