Strobe Assembly Replacement
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove the strobe assembly:
Step 1. Remove CYMD assembly from luminaire by following procedure described in “CYMD
Module Assembly Removal” on page 24.
Step 2. Remove all glass wheels from CYMD assembly as described in “CYMD Wheel
Replacement” on page 47.
Step 3. Remove one 4-40 x 1/4" PPB SEMS screw mounting color mix shaft to bearing. Carefully
remove shaft.
Step 4. Remove one 4-40 x 1/4" PFZ and three 4-40 x 1/4" PPB SEMS screws and remove strobe
assembly from CYMD assembly.

Step 5. Reassemble following steps in reverse order.
