Ballast / LVS Assembly Replacement
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work.
To remove the ballast / LVS assembly:
Step 1. Ensure power is completely removed from luminaire and luminaire has cooled completely.
Step 2. At enclosure, remove display side handle by removing four 10-32 x 5/8" PPB screws.

Step 3. Remove the inlet exhaust screen.
Step 4. Remove two 10-32 x 9/16" PFB screws in supply.
Step 5. Slide Ballast / LVS assembly out of enclosure. Note, wiring is still attached to assembly.
Step 6. Disconnect wiring:
Step 7. Reassemble by performing steps in reverse order.
Connection Wire Color (s)
AC Line Input Black, White, Green/Yellow
36 VDC Output Orange/Black
Enclosure Fan Red/Black (x2) Note, it does not matter which wire goes where
Lamp Wire Black, White
NOTE:
Components removed and
exploded for clarity.
