Reflector Removal
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove reflector assembly:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire and allow unit to completely cool.
Step 2. Remove rear cover assembly as described in “Rear Cover Assembly Removal” on page 20.
Step 3. Loosen two quarter-turn Dzus rapier fasteners from lamp house cover and remove lamp.

Step 4. Remove one 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screw and flat washer and detach lamp cover tether
from fixture.
Step 5. As shown in Figure 2-28 on page 44, at each side:
a. Remove two 8-32 x 5/8" PPZ SEMS screw (1 per side) at counter weight plate, closest
to rear of assembly.
b. Note, the counter weight plates will stay attached by 2 screws closest to inside of fixture.
Step 6. Remove two 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screws from rear of assembly, closest to L1 & L2 fans.
