Front Lens Assembly Removal
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove front lens assembly:
Step 1. Remove power from luminaire and allow unit to completely cool.
Step 2. Remove front cover assembly as described in “Front Cover Assembly Removal” on page 19.
Step 3. At front lens, as indicated in Figure 2-12, remove four 6-32 x 1/4" PFB screws and remove
lens from inside.

Step 4. Reinstall by performing steps in reverse.
