Fixed Gobo Wheel Replacement
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove the fixed gobo wheel assembly:
Step 1. Remove gobo module assembly from luminaire as described in “Gobo Module Assembly
Removal” on page 23.
Step 2. Remove the fixed color wheel assembly from gobo module assembly as described in “Fixed
Color Wheel Replacement” on page 54.
Step 3. Remove the rotating gobo wheel assembly from gobo module assembly as described in
“Rotating Gobo Wheel Replacement” on page 55.
Step 4. Remove Rotate Gobo COAX assembly from shaft. Note that the bearings in the assembly
that may come loose. Keep these bearings.
Step 5. Remove two 6-32 x 3/8" PPZ SEMS screws mounting stabilizer retainer and carefully
remove. Note that there is a spring between retainer and stabilizer that will be removed.
