CYMD Wheel Replacement
This section contains individual procedures to remove and install the dimmer, magenta, cyan, and
yellow wheels.
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove color wheels and dimmer from CYMD assembly:
Step 1. Remove CYMD assembly from luminaire by following procedure described in “CYMD
Module Assembly Removal” on page 24.
Step 2. At yellow wheel, remove two 0-80 x 3/16" PFSS Screws holding yellow wheel to shaft and
remove wheel.
Step 3. At cyan wheel, remove two 0-80 x 3/16" PFSS Screws holding cyan wheel to shaft and
remove wheel.
Step 4. Carefully remove magenta wheel from shaft.
Step 5. Carefully remove dimmer wheel from shaft.
