To install dimmer wheel:
Step 1. Carefully slide dimmer wheel assembly onto shaft (opposite side where wiring harness is
attached).
Step 2. Align timing mark on dimmer wheel with timing mark on drive pulley hub on motor shaft as
shown in Figure 2-32.

Note: When optical sensor tab on drive pulley is in sensor, the CLOSED portion of the dimmer wheel
should align with gate.
To install magenta wheel:
Step 1. Install dimmer wheel first by following previous procedure in this section.
Step 2. Carefully slide magenta wheel assembly on to shaft (closest to where wiring harness is
attached)
Step 3. Align the timing mark on the magenta wheel with the timing mark on the drive pulley hub
on motor shaft as shown in Figure 2-32.
Note: When optical sensor tab on drive pulley is in sensor, the OPEN portion of the magenta wheel
should align with gate.
To install cyan wheel:
Step 1. Install dimmer and magenta wheels first by following previous procedures in this section.
