Step 2. Ensure that sensor tab on drive pulley of motor is in sensor slot.
Step 3. Align wheel to shaft screws, so that open spot of wheel is in gate.
WARNING: It is very important not to over-tighten screws in the next step.
Step 4. Install two 0-80 x 3/16" PFSS screws.
Note: When installing or reinstalling Cyan wheel, you must add a bead of RTV 5083 on top of 0-80 x
3/16" LG PFSS Screws (as illustrated in Figure 2-33). Allow enough time for RTV to cure before
putting the assembly into use.
Step 5. Ensure cyan wheel and dimmer wheel move independent of each other.
To Install Yellow Wheel
Step 1. Install dimmer, magenta and cyan wheels by following previous procedures in this section.
Step 2. Ensure that sensor tab on drive pulley of motor is in sensor slot.
Step 3. Align wheel to shaft screws, so that open spot of wheel is in gate.
WARNING: It is very important not to over-tighten screws in the next step.
Step 4. Install two 0-80 x 3/16" PFSS screws.
Note: When installing or reinstalling Yellow wheel, you must add a bead of RTV 5083 on top of 0-80
x 3/16" LG PFSS Screws (as illustrated in Figure 2-33). Allow enough time for RTV to cure before
putting the assembly into use.
Step 5. Ensure yellow wheel and magenta wheel move independent of each other.
