Iris Assembly Replacement
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove the iris assembly:
Step 1. Remove gobo module assembly from luminaire as described in “Gobo Module Assembly
Removal” on page 23.
Step 2. Remove the fixed color wheel assembly from gobo module assembly as described in “Fixed
Color Wheel Replacement” on page 54.
Step 3. Remove the rotating gobo wheel assembly from gobo module assembly as described in
“Rotating Gobo Wheel Replacement” on page 55.
Step 4. Remove the fixed gobo wheel assembly from gobo module assembly as described in “Fixed
Gobo Wheel Replacement” on page 57.
Step 5. Remove three 2-56 x 3/16" PFZ screws and remove iris assembly.

Step 6. Disconnect iris linkage.
Step 7. Reassemble by following steps in reverse order.
