Fixed Color Wheel Replacement
WARNING: Ensure that power is completely removed (disconnected) from luminaire before
attempting any work. Wear protection on hands (soft cotton gloves) when handling glass.
To remove the fixed color wheel assembly:
Step 1. Remove gobo module assembly from luminaire as described in “Gobo Module Assembly
Removal” on page 23.
Note: Cone Set Screw has Loctite 242 and may require small amount of heat to loosen.
Step 2. Using 1/16" Allen driver, loosen cone set screw attaching fixed color wheel to drive shaft.

Step 3. To install, align drive rear motor homing plate so tab is in optical sensor.
Step 4. Apply Loctite 242 on Cone set screw.
Step 5. Center open spot of wheel to gate and tighten set screw to flat motor shaft.

IMPORTANT! When replacing Fixed
Color Motor, ensure the rear homing
plate is installed with the set screw to
the flat part of motor shaft when tab is
in sensor.
