In order to achieve the maximum benefits of USB3.0, the camera must connect to a USB3.0 PCIe 2.0 card.

1.5.3 Interface Cables
The USB 3.0 standard does not specify a maximum cable length.

1.5.4 General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO)
The camera has an 8-pin GPIO connector on the back of the case; refer to the diagram below for wire color-coding.
The connector is a Hirose HR25 8 pin connector (Mfg P/N: HR25-7TR-8SA). Male connectors (Mfg P/N: HR25-7TP-8P)
can be purchased from Digikey (P/N: HR702-ND).
