The implementation of Format 7 modes and the frame rates that are possible are not specified by the IIDC, and are
subject to change across firmware versions.

For information about configuring Format 7 modes/sizes and Format 7-related inquiry registers, see Supported
Formats, Modes and Frame Rates on page 69.
When operating in Format 7 mode, the Feature_Lo_Inq register 408h reports the
presence of the Pan and Tilt features. However, these feature are off and cannot
be turned on.
Pixel correction (page 127) is not done in any of the binning modes.
