Disassembly, Cont.

18. Carefully remove C-clip holding piston pin in place.

19. Remove piston pin using piston pin puller and

adaptor.

20. Remove water manifold by removing both retainer

brackets.

21. Remove bottom crankcase bolts and separate

crankcase halves.
