High-Port (Upper / Lower Blades Fully Retracted)
8. If the actuator cable functions properly during the
travel test, it is recommended to re-assemble the
cable onto the servo motor lever pin. No further
service is required.
9. If the actuator cable does not travel the specified full
in / full out distance, sticks, or is damaged, E-VES
service is recommended. See Engine chapter for
more information.
10.To reinstall the actuator cable, verify the cable

routed over the bulkhead cross tube

11. Install the cable rod end back onto the servo motor
lever pin

12.Install cable staked nut into bracket. Verify the staked
nut hex is seated in bracket

13.Install nut and torque to specification.
TORQUE
E-VES Actuator Cable Jam Nut:
13 ft-lbs (18 N·m)
