EXHAUST MANIFOLD INSTALLATION
1. Prepare the engine and exhaust manifold surfaces for
exhaust manifold gasket installation.
2. Install the exhaust manifold and gasket; torque the
fasteners in sequence.
TORQUE
Exhaust Manifold Fasteners:
First Pass: 11 ft-lbs (15 N·m)
Second Pass: 22 ft-lbs (30 N·m)
