AIR BOX INSTALLATION
1. Verify the bottom of the air box has a foam seal

attached.
2. Install the air box

3. Tighten the air box-to-throttle body gear clamps
e
to
specification.
TORQUE
Air Box Throttle Body Gear Clamps:
11 in-lbs (1.24 Nm)
4. Reconnect the T-MAP sensor harness connector and
secure the routing with a cable tie.
5. Reinstall the ignition coils and fasteners
r
. Torque
the fasteners to specification.
TORQUE
Ignition Coil Fasteners:
35 in-lbs (4 Nm)
6. Reinstall the support brace. Torque the fasteners to
specification.
TORQUE
Left Support Brace Fastener:
22 ft-lbs (30 Nm)
7. Reinstall the air intake plenum / ECU assembly. Verify
the console tabs fit into the bottom of the air intake
plenum.
8. Reinstall the air intake ducts.
9. Install the clutch guard assembly. Torque nuts to
specification.
TORQUE
Clutch Guard Nuts:
7 ft-lbs (10 Nm)
10.Reinstall the oil tank. Torque the fastener to
specification.
TORQUE
Oil Tank Fastener:
7 ft-lbs (9 Nm)
11. Reinstall the driven clutch assembly. Install the drive
belt.
12.Install the hood assembly and left / right engine
compartment side panels.
ENGINE / COOLING / EXHAUST
