SKI ASSEMBLY SERVICE
Ski Removal
NOTICE
Image for reference only.
1. Lift the front of the vehicle off of the ground.
2. Remove the ski bolt flange nut. Discard the nut.
3. Remove the ski bolt. Note the position of the domed
washers.
4. Remove the pivot bushing from the spindle. Clean the
pivot bushing to remove any corrosion / foreign
material.
5. Inspect the ski bumper. Replace if damaged.
Ski Installation
1. Install the ski bumper into the ski saddle as shown.
2. Install the ski bolt from the outside of the ski. Verify
the domed washers are install dome-side out.
3. Install a new flange nut and torque to specification.
TORQUE
Ski Bolt Fastener Torque:
37 ft-lbs (50 Nm)
