RSS Mean Misalignment
result - 0.04 Pixels which is within the spec of less than .707 pixels.
This number is a combination of the vertical and horizontal static misalignments. Note that in
the main test panel this misalignment is also called Mean offset. This number is the DC
component of misalignment.
