4.2.40 TUB ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1. Flatbed assembly ( p.4-73 "Flatbed Removal")
2. Disconnect the remaining cables from the controller board.
3. Thread the cables through the tub assembly and top cover.
4. Controller board cage (
p.4-12 "Controller Board Cage")
5. Operator panel keyboard (
p.4-51 "Operator Panel Keypad Removal")
6. Operator panel display (
p.4-52 "Operator Panel Display Removal")
7. Left rear frame assembly (
p.4-56 "Left Rear Frame Assembly Removal")
8. Right rear frame assembly (
p.4-58 "Right Rear Frame Assembly Removal")
9. USB cable mount bracket (
p.4-55 "USB Cable Mount Bracket Removal")
10. Operator panel support (
p.4-55 "Operator Panel Support Removal")
11. Operator panel display rotation support (
p.4-56 "Display Rotation Support Removal")
12. Remove the top and side screws securing the left flatbed support.
13. Left flatbed support.
14. Remove the top and side screws securing the right flatbed support.
15. Right flatbed support.
16. Lift the tub assembly off the machine.
After removing the tub assembly, remove the output bin LED and LED cover
(
p.4-83 "Output Bin LED and Lens Removal"). These will be used on the new tub
assembly.
